We currently have stock of all our products and we also have contingency stock on hand. We shall continue to fulfil orders as long as a) we have healthy staff able to pick, pack and dispatch goods, and b), our couriers are still able to deliver packages.
We shall process orders twice a week in order to minimise risk to our team. Please allow additional time for delivery of your order. Please also ensure that you are able to receive the delivery as redirection is not always possible and could incur additional cost.
If there are issues with the above dispatch and delivery processes that prevent us fulfilling your order we may fulfil your order through using our stock at Amazon in which case the product(s) may have Amazon outer packaging.
If we are completely unable to fulfil your order we shall cancel the order and issue a refund. Please accept our apologies if circumstances result in order cancellation.
Prices shown on the website are UK prices inclusive of VAT. We are unable to ship outside the UK.
GB delivery is free on orders over £20.
GB delivery charge of £2.70 on orders under £20.
NI delivery is free on orders over £20.
NI delivery charge of £3.20 on orders under £20.
If you have a discount code you can enter it after you have completed the Paypal login page or selected to pay by credit card where it states “PayPal gift voucher, reward or other discount.”
Orders will only be dispatched to the address confirmed by Paypal. If your billing and dispatch addresses are different please ensure that you correct this within the Paypal instruction. We are unable to redirect deliveries if you provide an incorrect shipping address.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Small packages may be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class post or parcel service. Other orders may be delivered using a 2-4 day courier service e.g. Hermes. Orders may also be dispatched from our stock held at Amazon’s warehouse in which case the delivery note will state Ravensford Health Limited but the external packaging will be marked Amazon.
Orders can not be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
For reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot refund or exchange products that are cosmetics or Medical Devices. We can only refund on goods where there is proof that you bought them from this website. Please contact us before you return a product at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check that you are eligible for a refund. If we agree to a refund the goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition i.e. not used, no damage, not opened, no seals broken and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the goods are eligible for a refund and in the required condition we will refund the cost of the goods only.
You must package your return securely, enclose a note with your return information that contains your name, address, email address, contact telephone number and order number. You must post the product back to us at your cost and obtain a proof of postage.
Once the product is safely back in our hands and we are satisfied that it is in the required condition, a refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the initial transaction within 7 working days of our receipt back of the product.
